Not everyone likes to train alone. Sometimes, it is helpful to have a friend with you, so you can cheer each other on. Our training methods also offer you these types of training choices, so that you can get exactly what you are looking for.
The classic training program. You are the client and I am your trainer. You will have custom tailored training programs and protocols develpoed by me for your specific goals and fitness level. Rather then be a 'drill sargeant' I will be a coach and source of education and accountabilty for you to reach your goals. Together we will get the results you desire and I'll always be accessible to you to help you maximize your results.
