We use these to develop a customized training program for each of our clients, tailored toward his/her wishes, allowing the client to reach their stated goals in a reasonable time frame.

Stregth training and sports performance. Our new "Strength Room" will provide us with the high performance equipment and facilites needed to train peope from athletes, to just everyday people wanting to get stronger.

Body Building & Body Transformation

Coah Shawn has been involved in health and fitness for over 20 years. We develp training protocols that will be specifically programmed for your specific goals and body composition. Wither your a man that is a 'hard gainer' and struggles to put on muscle mass, or your a female that wants to loose a few pounds and look your best, our training programs will get you the results your looking for as long as your willing to put in the work.
