Spin Bike Classes Will Resume as Scheduled
Spinning is one of the hottest exercise trends today, with good reason - you can burn 400-600 calories in a one hour class. Spin is great for everyone,
especially Baby Boomers, since it’s low impact but high on strength resistance, it can improve bone density. It vastly improves your aerobic capacity, and helps lower blood pressure.
Spinning is the perfect companion to weight training, adding 2-3 classes a week to a training program is the perfect way to get a total body workout.
Sue Walker
has been an avid mountain biker and Spin instructor for 17 years and personal trainer/group fitness instructor for over 35 years. Her infectious positive attitude spills over into every class.
Sue’s high octane classes will challenge you, push you to your limits, and possibly past them. Need to lower your blood pressure? Need to drop a few pounds? Try one of Sue’s
classes and you’ll be hooked! Spinning is also a great way to crosstrain for other sports like running, football , lacrosse and many more!

cardio needs. It is low impact and you control the intensity level that is best for you. She feels her job as an instructor is to help you push your level by teaching a fun, but
challenging class. Linda keeps the classes interesting by teaching each class with different formats, objectives and music. Students are a combination of outdoor and indoor only cyclists
who all like a good, fun workout. So come join us and get your sweat on!
